I have been meaning to touch upon this topic for a while now . Is there a moment of your day that you end up feeling anxious or depressed over things ? In the past few weeks I have gone through a lot of content around this topic and thought I should share some insights . This is not a step by step formula or we are not even getting into solutioning a problem. I am sure there are many experts in this group and I am not qualified to talk about this topic. But I believe it is important for us to understand and debunk certain pre- conceived notions .
